Withdrawals and Refunds

If a student withdraws after payment of the tuition and fees, the School will retain 10 percent of the semester tuition fee for each week, up to and including the sixth week. There will be no refunds for withdrawals after the sixth week. The date of withdrawal will be the date on which the Pre-College Administration is notified in writing.

Financial Aid

The amount of financial aid awarded is based mostly on the student's financial need and ranges from modest grants to full tuition. All applications are reviewed carefully and impartially.

Applicants who indicate their wish to apply for financial aid when they submit their Application for Admission will be invited to fill out an online financial aid application once their Application for Admission has been reviewed. All students applying for financial aid must provide accurate information about their financial circumstances. This includes tax returns and notarized income information from foreign countries.

Students receiving financial aid are expected to maintain a high standard of performance in their classwork and in their major instruction.
